Digital Handbook on Key Mental Health Concepts
We’re proud to present the Digital Handbook on Key Mental Health Concepts — a resource co-created with young people, caregivers, and youth workers across Europe. The handbook offers clear explanations, practical tools, and engaging activities to support mental health literacy, resilience, and open conversations about wellbeing. It’s designed to be accessible and supportive for anyone working with or caring for adolescents.
Created through co-design with young people and practitioners across Austria, Cyprus, Spain, and Romania, the handbook offers practical tools, clear explanations, and engaging content to help:
Improve mental health literacy
Recognize early signs of distress
Promote resilience and healthy coping strategies
Reduce stigma through open, informed conversations
The handbook is freely downloadable in PDF format, and serves as a foundation for our upcoming videogame module, bringing theory and lived experience together.Write your text here...
